Why She Built

The PIP

The PIP grew out of repeated concerns Cassie saw across clinical work, supervision, and leadership: vague interventions, over-accommodation, weak accountability, burnout being confused with disengagement, and professionals being supported in ways that sometimes stopped short of helping them grow.

What She Brings to the Work

Cassie brings experience as a clinician, clinical supervisor, leader, and psychology professor. Her approach combines compassion with directness, clinical judgment with practical accountability, and a belief that helping professionals deserve support that strengthens the work rather than simply making it more comfortable.

The Standard Behind The Work

The goal is not harsher care. It is clearer care. The work should protect the professional, protect the field, and protect the people being served.
