Why She Built The PIP

Cassie built The PIP because too much of the field gets pulled toward one extreme or the other.

Either everything gets softened in the name of compassion, or accountability gets delivered without enough humanity to actually help.

The PIP exists in the middle: clear standards, honest feedback, stronger judgment, and compassion with a spine.

What She Brings to the Work

Cassie brings experience across direct clinical care, case management, supervision, leadership, teaching, and systems work.

That range matters because the work rarely stays in one lane. People, policies, ethics, leadership, burnout, documentation, responsibility, and real-world pressure all collide.

The PIP is built from that reality, not from pretending the work is cleaner than it is.
