Organizational Consultation + Training

Focused organizational consultation for leaders and teams who know something is not working but need help identifying the pattern, clarifying what belongs to whom, and deciding what the next responsible step should be.

Bring Us The Stuck System

For supervisors, leadership teams, programs, and organizations that need help working through recurring clinical, supervision, accountability, burnout, documentation, or systems-level challenges.

What Organizational Support Can Include

Depending on the need, organizational support may include leadership or supervisor consultation, supervision structure and accountability, burnout and disengagement, documentation expectations, ethical decision-making, boundaries and role clarity, recurring systems-level problems, or implementation of practical frameworks and resources.

Who This Is For

Organizational consultation and training may be a fit for outpatient behavioral health programs, private or group practices, clinical supervisors, leadership teams, nonprofit helping organizations, child welfare and human services programs, community mental health programs, and other teams responsible for delivering or supporting client care.

Custom Training

A limited series of consultation sessions for teams or leaders who need more than one conversation to work through a recurring problem, implement changes, and build clearer accountability over time.

Ways We Can Work Together

Organizational support may take the form of a focused consultation, a custom training, or short-term ongoing support depending on the scope of the problem and what your team needs.

Focused Organizational Consultation

A 60- or 90-minute consultation for a defined leadership, supervision, clinical, documentation, burnout, accountability, or systems-level problem that needs clearer thinking and a practical next step.

Short-Term Organizational Support

A focused training built around a defined organizational need, such as supervision, burnout, accountability, documentation, boundaries, ethical decision-making, or stronger clinical judgment.

What This Is Not

Organizational consultation and training through The Professional Integrity Project are not therapy, legal advice, formal compliance auditing, accreditation review, licensure supervision, HR investigation, or crisis consultation. Services are educational and consultative, with recommendations tailored to the scope of the engagement.
