How The PIP Began
The Professional Integrity Project did not begin as a brand.
It began as a response to what I kept seeing in the field: good clinicians getting stuck, supervision becoming too passive, accountability being mistaken for criticism, and client care sometimes becoming more focused on comfort than growth.
From Frustration to Framework
The Professional Integrity Project did not begin as a brand.
It began as a response to what I kept seeing in the field: good clinicians getting stuck, supervision becoming too passive, accountability being mistaken for criticism, and client care sometimes becoming more focused on comfort than growth.
Becoming The Professional Integrity Project
What began as conversations, supervision notes, professional frustration, and repeated questions about what good care actually requires eventually became something more intentional.
The Professional Integrity Project was created to give those ideas a home: a place to name what weakens the work, strengthen what protects it, and build practical support for professionals who want to care deeply without abandoning standards.
Where It Is Now
Today, The Professional Integrity Project is a growing professional initiative centered on clinical integrity, accountability, stronger supervision, clearer judgment, and better care. Its purpose is not to create harsher helping professions.
It is to help build stronger ones.
